NANNY FOR HIRE??... THEN AGAIN, MAYBE NOT

the other day, i thot i just mite decide 2 pursue being a nanny... had envisioned myself ala julie andrews in Sound Of Music surrounded by happy children and singing songs whilst dancing across hills... hmmmm...but thanks 2 my dear old mum, i've been brought back to crushing reality when i told her abt my new found dedication 2 the cause of enriching the lives of children the world over. She proceeded 2 crush my enthusiasm by telling me horror stories of friends of her's who babysat kids and had absolutely terrifying experiences... where the parents hold them like accountable for everything that happens to their child! And then she says, "... Im not trying to freak u out but..". right. am seriously starting to doubt that children are as innocent as they look... and perhaps are actually little minions from hell or something!!! :) hmmm... interesting thot... tho maybe had better not say stuff like that cos am a firm believer in retribution and am afraid mite end up wif like, 15 kids as punishment for saying something like that! Anyway, tok abt reinforcing a point, that nite after that very enlightening conversation with my mum, she took me and my siblings 2 my godsis's birthday party and proceeded 2 leave me at a table that was filled entirely with kids so i cld watch over my sister... oh joy! at least i was the tallest person at that table! hahahaha... but that was the onli comfort! all the kids were abt 10 years younger than i was and were all messing abt with balloons.. so my sis promptly forgot all abt me and left me to haf a very scintillating conversation with my fork and breadstick.. brilliant!... so much for loyalty huh?? hahahaha... anyway, i've digressed..haf feeling that may not b cut out to be nanny as cld not seem 2 get kids to be happy and sing songs ala julie andrews!!! Bah! i suspect they liked the balloons more than they liked me... how utterly tragic... hahahaha... oh well... i shall just haf 2 make my own kids dance over hills and yodel... :) anyway, haf found a band that i like v. v. much... almost as much as the backstreet boys whom i haf liked since i was 11 and still listen 2 their CDs..hehehehe... it's a lifelong obsession i tell u... anyways, this band's called Maroon 5 and i found out abt them thru one of those singing billboards in town at the bus stop.. it was playing songs from their CD 2 advertise and i missed 2 buses just so i cld listen to the singing billboard!! hahahahaha... oh god, since then, haf downloaded their song and listened to it oh, onli abt 300 times...hahahahaha.... and am still not sick of it! i can sense it nw, it's the beginning of a bee-yoo-ti-ful relationship btw maroon 5 and me... :) anyways, a pre- cosmetically enhanced liz hurley is on tv now..gonna go see if i can spot the differences between then and now..hahahaha... :)
